1/2 cup raisins
2 cups grated carrot
1 (8 3/4 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Salad greens
Combine Sun-Maid® Raisins, carrot and drained pineapple. Blend in mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
Serve on crisp salad greens.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
